Actor set to star alongside George Clooney in the next Coen’s film.
Josh Brolin is set to reunite with the Coen Brothers for their new film Hail Caesar! The film is set to be a 1950’s period piece about a behind-the-scenes Hollywood fixer who is employed by studios to keep their stars in line and out of trouble.
Reported to be a comedy, the new film will be the third time Brolin has worked with the Coen’s, having previously starred in No Country For Old Men (2007) and True Grit (2010). Brolin will be joined by the previously confirmed George Clooney, who is another veteran of the Coen’s films, having previously starred O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000), Intolerable Cruelty (2003) and Burn After Reading (2008).
Brolin was recently announced as the voice of Thanos in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. We can also see him in Sin City: A Dame To Kill For and Paul Thomas Anderson’s Inherent Vice, which are both set to be released later this year.
